I have been staying at the Manor Guest House in Worcester for almost 8 yrs now and it is always a joy to return to. Work had not brought me this way for a couple of years however and on discovering the previous owners Terry & Sylvia had moved on I admit I was a little disappointed as they had always welcomed me back as an old friend.
I need not have worried however as the new owners Chrissie & Paul gave me an equally warm welcome and they certainly have not let standards slip in any way. The rooms as always are absolutely spotlessly clean. The Guest accommodation is a barn conversion done to the very highest standards, the rooms are bright modern and spacious whilst still retaining that more traditional farmhouse charm. I was in room 1 which is split over two levels. Downstairs a comfortable double bed with TV, Dressing table and large wardrobe, along with en-suite bathroom/shower (no bath) and upstairs a small seating area, well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, snacks, a second T.V., fridge, microwave and sink. Plates, cutlery etc also provided.
If you want fruit salad in the morning then each one is freshly made to order and beautifully presented.
Of course alongside this are a selection of cereals, fruit juice, tea/coffee, toast and a traditional English Breakfast cooked by Chrissie to your requirements.

Outside, the gardens are well maintained with seating area so guests can sit out and enjoy the sights and sounds of the country on a summers evening.
I understand that in January 2019 they are due to start converting their double garage into a self contained 2 bedroom holiday let, which I am sure is going to add even more to this already first class accommodation.
Mum will definitely be returning to here on her next business trip to Worcester, but would also highly recommend it for people visiting the area for leisure purposes.
